If you are navigating a major life transition, working through difficult childhood experiences, or struggling to create healthier boundaries, you do not have to figure it out alone. I provide in‑person counseling in Houston and online therapy throughout Texas for adults who want to better understand themselves, move through uncertainty, and create meaningful changes in their lives.
Request an AppointmentTherapy for Emerging Adulthood, Boundaries & Healing Old Patterns
I enjoy working with clients navigating emerging adulthood and quarter‑life transitions. This stage of life can involve adjusting to college or a new career, developing independence, managing changing relationships, exploring your identity, or feeling uncertain about what comes next. I also support clients who are processing childhood trauma, breaking unhealthy patterns, managing people‑pleasing, or learning how to establish boundaries without excessive guilt.
Quarter‑Life & Life Transitions

Childhood Trauma
A steady, collaborative space to process difficult early experiences at your own pace.
Boundaries & People‑Pleasing
Learn to set healthier limits and reduce guilt around honoring your own needs.
Breaking Unhealthy Patterns
Build insight into recurring patterns and develop new, sustainable ways forward.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
My goal is to meet you where you are and create a welcoming, collaborative space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing. Together, we will explore what may be keeping you stuck, develop greater insight into your thoughts and patterns, and identify practical changes that support the life you want to build.
My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution‑focused therapy, strengths‑based therapy, and person‑centered counseling. I believe therapy can help you develop a stronger sense of meaning, fulfillment, and purpose.
Credentials You Can Trust
I earned my master's degree in counseling from Sam Houston State University. My experience includes private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient treatment, giving me a well‑rounded clinical foundation for supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy exploring my creativity through calligraphy, watercolor painting, crochet, cross‑stitch, and weaving.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor. I am supervised by Kierra Pickens, PhD, LPC‑S, and Chi‑Sing Li, PhD, LPC‑S, LMFT‑S.
