Therapy for the Person Everyone Depends On
You can be successful, capable, and still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I help adults, professionals, entrepreneurs, couples, and families develop healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity.
A Warm, Direct, and Insightful Approach
You may be the person others depend on while privately struggling to slow down, manage overthinking, stay organized, or make space for your own needs.
I provide therapy for people who want to better understand themselves, change unhelpful patterns, and create a life that feels more balanced and intentional. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and tailored to your individual experiences and goals.
Together, we will identify what may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, sustainable change.

Not Sure if We're the Right Fit?
A consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what you are experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and whether my approach fits your needs.
Helping You Understand the Pattern and Change It
My work considers the full context of your life, including your relationships, identity, family experiences, responsibilities, and environment.
Depending on your goals, our work may include:

- Managing anxiety, overthinking, and overwhelm
- Developing healthier habits and systems
- Improving focus and follow‑through
- Working through difficult life experiences
- Navigating personal, professional, or relationship changes
- Understanding cultural and intergenerational influences
- Building healthier relationships with yourself and others
I integrate evidence‑based practices with cultural humility and practical strategies you can apply outside of the therapy room.
Experience Informed by Psychology, Culture and Systems
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas, and the founder and clinical director of Key Points Counseling. I earned my PhD in International Psychology from The Chicago School, with a concentration in organizations and systems, which allows me to understand mental health within a broader context, including workplace culture, leadership, family systems, identity, and the environments in which people live and work.
Having traveled to more than 40 countries and being fluent in Spanish have also shaped my culturally responsive approach to counseling. I value curiosity, authenticity, and creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
